By making a booking, the ‘lead passenger’ specified in the booking will be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of all passengers named within the booking. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘written’ or ‘in writing’ shall, where used in these terms and conditions, include email correspondence and messaging done using public messenger services such as Telegram and Whatsapp.
Only any correspondence done by the owner of the 2weeksinsrilanka.com shall be officially recognized as valid.
Changes or amendments to these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may change from time to time, and such changes become effective as soon as they are published in this page. However, the Terms and Conditions that were in effect when your contract was signed will be the Terms and Conditions valid throughout the process of your tour unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Right to Use the Services
On the condition that you fully comply with these Terms, any contract that 2weeksinsrilanka signs with you shall only for the specific one-time tour unless any other written agreement reached between the parties. Such written agreements shall be at the sole discretion of 2weeksinsrilanka.com website owner. Any contract shall be limited to the guests whose names were included in the initial agreement, and may not be transferred to any other parties.

Disabilities and Medical Conditions
We try our best to include everyone irrespective of any physical or mental constraints where possible. But please be aware that some tours may not be suitable for such persons with special needs. This is due to the fact that proper medical care or procedures may not be available during the tours, and that may cause harm to such passengers who would need such care.
If you or any member of your party has any disability or medical problem which may affect their ability to travel on our tour then please provide us with full details at the time of making your booking enquiry, so that we can advise you as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements. If we are not informed of any disabilities or medical problems in this way then we cannot be held responsible for any cost or inconvenience incurred if we are unable to accommodate you or any member of your party.
If, acting reasonably, we are unable to accommodate the needs of the person(s) concerned then we will not confirm your booking or (if you did not give us details of the disability or medical problem at the time of making the booking request) we shall be entitled to cancel your booking and to levy the relevant cancellation charges.
Hotel arrangements on our tours are provided as described in each tour program. 2weeksinsrilanka.com reserves the right to substitute hotels for accommodations in similar categories.
Meals are provided as specified in each tour programme. Participants who have special dietary requirements must advise 2weeksinsrilanka.com at the time of booking.
Visits/attractions and other tour features
2weeksinsrilanka.com reserves the right to cancel or substitute visits/attractions and other features when establishments are closed or cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control.
On certain dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival in Sri Lanka, affecting the sequence of the tour and locations visited. In such cases, there will be no cost adjustment.
National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument’s view. No tour will be cancelled due to renovations and, in such cases, there will be no cost adjustment. However, 2weeksinsrilanka.com will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary.
Unused attractions & accommodation
We pre-book and contract with all supplier accommodations and attractions on our tour series to ensure your tour runs smoothly from start to finish. We, therefore, are unable to give discounts for attractions that guests choose not to visit or accommodations that guests do not require should they need to join the tour late or leave the tour early.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary passports, visas and other travel documents and that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time. We cannot accept any responsibility for your failure to do so, nor any costs or expenses incurred as a result of you failing to do so (which will be treated as a cancellation by you). No monies will be refunded for any missed departures or unused services.
Handling (Porterage) of one large piece of luggage per person is included in the cost of tours. The size of such large piece of luggage should not exceed the size usually permitted in an airline’s economy class luggage. This may vary depending on the number of the days of your tour.
One piece of carry-on luggage is also permitted per person (without porterage). Luggage is carried at the owner’s risk throughout the tour unless insured. Hand baggage and personal items such as coats, cell phones, umbrellas and cameras are entirely in the care of the participants.
Our Liability and Supplier Responsibilities
Many of the aspects of your holiday experience (of which your tour may form part) are provided by independent suppliers, who provide such products and services on the basis of their own terms and conditions. Accommodation and food providers, train services, and taxi services are some examples for such suppliers. The Company may share your personal information with other carriers insofar as necessary to enable products and services to be provided.
While 2weeksinsrilanka.com takes all the necessary and humanly possible effort to ensure the best of the services, the company will not accept or have any liability for any acts or omissions (whether negligent or otherwise) of any supplier or person providing services in connection with any tour unless such a person is employed by or under the direct control of the Company. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in verifying descriptions and other information provided by third party suppliers, we cannot guarantee that all such information is accurate, complete or correct and each such supplier remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided to us by them.
Gratuities for personal services and to drivers, coach assistants, and guides are not included in tour cost.
